Do I need to know anything about AI?
Not at all. We handle the setup, the configuration, and the testing. At handover, we walk you through everything and show you how to use it. The prompt library means you can start producing immediately without understanding how AI works under the hood.
What AI tool do you use?
We build on Claude (by Anthropic) — it's the strongest AI platform for nuanced, brand-sensitive content. You'll need your own Claude Pro subscription (from $20/month). We build everything in our workspace first, then hand you all the files and instructions to set up in your own account. The handover session includes a live screen share where we walk you through the setup step by step, and you'll also receive a written setup guide with screenshots so you can reference it later. No password sharing, no access to your account needed.
What do I need to provide?
Anything that represents your business: existing content (posts, articles, scripts, slide decks), brand guidelines if you have them, and a 30-60 minute kickoff call. The more you give us, the better the ecosystem. But we can work with surprisingly little — even a few social posts and a conversation are enough to capture your voice.
Can I use the ecosystem myself, or do I need you?
Both. Everything we build is handed over to you — the workspace, the files, the prompt library. You can use it independently from day one. Most clients keep us on a retainer for the strategic and complex work, but it's not required.
How is this different from hiring a copywriter or content agency?
A copywriter produces content. We build the system that produces content — and keeps producing it, consistently, at scale, in your voice, for any audience. The ecosystem doesn't take holidays, doesn't need re-briefing, and gets better the more you use it.
What if I already use ChatGPT or another AI tool?
That's fine — the ecosystem we build is tool-agnostic in principle. We build on Claude because it produces the best results for this kind of work, but the brand voice documents, personas, and prompt library work anywhere. You're not locked in.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Everything stays within your own Claude workspace — we don't store your data, and Claude doesn't train on it. All files are delivered to you directly. We're also happy to sign an NDA if your business requires it.
